Solace: A sanctuary for rest.
Surrounded by beauty. Held by nature.
Retreats that return you to a gentler pace.
Retreats for women who are ready to slow down.
To come back to themselves.
To remember what it feels like to simply be.
Where the urgency of the outside world can be gently set down.
Where each day is grounding, intentional and deeply nourishing.
Why Solace exists?
For years, I searched for a retreat that felt like true rest.
Not because there was anything wrong with the retreats I attended. Many were beautiful, inspiring, and thoughtfully created. Yet over time, I began to notice a quiet longing for something different.
Slow mornings without alarms. Long breakfasts and unhurried conversations. Afternoons spent by the sea. Space to wander, read, journal, meditate, nap, or simply be with nature.
A retreat that tended to my nervous system rather than asked more of it.
Beauty. Nature. Simplicity. Spaciousness. A place where there was nowhere I needed to be and nothing I needed to achieve. Where rest itself was the experience.
I wanted to feel held. And so Solace was born.
Solace is the sanctuary I had been searching for. A refuge from the pace, pressure, and constant stimulation of modern life.
A place where nothing needs to be achieved.
Nothing needs to be proved.
Nowhere needs to be reached.
A place where your worth is not measured by your productivity, your healing, your growth, or how much you participate. Solace is simply a space to rest, restore, and return to yourself.
Because sometimes what we need most… is rest.
The Solace experience
Imagine waking naturally.
Opening the curtains to soft morning light.
Bare feet on the floor.
Taking your cacao outside to savour slowly.
The gentle hum of movement nearby.
You may choose to join the meditation—or not.
Time stretching in a way that feels unfamiliar at first.
Then deeply relieving.
Reading for hours without interruption.
Swimming in the sea and feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Napping in the afternoon light, without guilt.
Lingering over lunch.
Enjoying meaningful conversations.
Allowing the day to unfold around what feels natural.
Watching the sunset over the sea.
Breathing a little deeper, moving a little slower.
Going to bed early.
Following your own rhythm.
For perhaps the first time in a long time.
Here, nothing is required of you.
Who Solace is for;
Solace is for the woman who feels full, not just in her calendar, but in her nervous system.
The woman who is holding businesses, families, teams, communities, clients, dreams, responsibilities, and expectations.
Who longs for quiet in a way she cannot always explain.
Who misses mornings without urgency. And days without expectation.
Who feels most like herself in nature, in stillness, in slowness, but rarely has space to stay there.
Who has mastered productivity but longs for presence.
It is for the woman who doesn’t need another experience to process.
Another breakthrough.
Another version of herself to become.
She doesn’t need to be fixed, improved, or optimised.
She simply needs space.
Space to stop holding everything together.
Space to rest without earning it.
Space to remember who she is beneath all the doing.
If something in you exhales while reading this, you are welcome here.
